Dark Souls 3 The remastered version of was released on May 24, 2018, for eighth-generation consoles and PC. In addition to the main story, this version includes the Abyss DLC. Those who have already purchased the original PC version can use the remastered version alongside their own for only $20. The remastered version of Dark Souls also allows the game to run at 60 frames per second. The planned PS4 and Xbox One version of Dark Souls Remastered was developed by QLOC Studio, and the Nintendo Switch version is being developed by Virtuos Studio. The game takes advantage of the high power of the PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X consoles and runs on these consoles and PC at 4K resolution and a frame rate of 60 frames per second.
